Used Mapei ColorFast sanded grout in "Chamois" color
- Guest/Formal 1/2 Bath
  - Sealed the backsplash to the basin in the Guest 1/2 Bath
  - Sealed the toilet to the floor in the Guest 1/2 Bath
- Master Bath
  - Sealed the bidet to the floor in the Master BA
  - Sealed toilet to floor in Master BA (March 11)

"Re-bedded" both tanks of Culligan water softener with new resin; "Luke" did the work.
- valve body removed from each tank
- tanks were siphoned emptied of water
- tanks were transported to shop, where they were cleaned and re-filled with resin
- tanks were returned to site and reinstalled
- each tank was set to re-generate sequentially
- Current settings:
  - 1050 gallon capacity, before next regen
  - 10 day limit, before next regen
