Fall's Pest Control: "Coulter" arrived at 9AM and we talked about my concerns. He wanted the tour to see everything, and we took a look at the basement, crawlspace, main and upper living areas, attic in south heater room, and shop. He treated all the interior baseboards, and the perimeter, doorways, and eaves for insects. He examined several live traps in the interior but found no mice. (Good!) And he placed big black bait stations on the exterior perimeter. He saw two possible rodent access points: 1) the crawlspace vent where the broadband cables enter, and the south AC units where pipes and cables enter. He will be back in 10-14 days after this initial treatment to check the traps, and clean up the crawlspace, generally see how things are going.

High Desert Power Systems: "Ishmael" arrived at 9AM to remove the radiator for leak repair. With my help he removed the radiator frame from the main chassis, then removed the radiator from the frame. He removed one spark plug and spark plug wire in order to order correct replacements.
